want to hear the history of our tuupuna and their great migration? We're connecting the dots, taputapuatea to right here in the Cook Islands all the way back home to Aotearoa

We all know the Tainui waka koorero back home, but that voyage didn't just start when they hit Aotearoa. It actually kicked off way back in Raiatea, and on this run, we’re diving straight into the Cook Islands leg of the trip. Papa Tita and the boys are laying down the real whakapapa following the path of the master navigator Kupe, and unpacking the histories of tuupuna like Toi and Arera Ukarau. We'll take you cruising down Te Ara o Toi the ancient inland road and check out Punanga Ariki of Rarotonga. It's the raw, unfiltered history of how our people moved across the moana.
